With the theme, “Tugon sa Hamon ng Pagbabago: Malasakit ng Lingkod Bayani”, the Branch’s celebration were entwined with activities showing care and actions addressing change.
The unfurling of the CSC banner on September 4 opened the month long festivities.
To show concern and to strengthen commitment to the environment, an ecowalk at the Maryknoll Ecological Sanctuary was undertaken on September 15, 2017. It was coupled with a sports activity to develop a healthy and alert workplace.
Their “malasakit” for the environment drove the staff to participate in the clean-up drive organized by the Civil Service Commission on September 20. The drainage canal at Ferguson Road, Guisad, Baguio City was the recipient to this endeavor.
All personnel actively participated in the activities for it is a breath of fresh air in contrast to the four walls of the Office.
