Filipinos are known for being likas na  mapagmalasakit at matulungin sa kapwa or being empathetic and helpful (source: Culture Trip-Katrina Escalona). These values are  once again demonstrated during this continuous threat of COVID 19 pandemic.

For the past two (2) months, various  establishments  were monitored by RCMB-CAR relative to their labor-management cooperation (LMC) programs. Indeed,  partnership and collaboration were revealed.  One hundred sixty-six (166) agency employees were given financial aid by the Dap-ayan ti John Hay. Also,   Aspulan of BENECO voluntarily contributed cash assistance for their co-workers who were not required to work during the period. Likewise, several employers heartily and willingly paid the full salaries of their workers for three months.  Relief goods were distributed and other benefits were paid in advance.   These are just clear manifestations of labor and management cooperation.

With the continuing challenge of the COVID -19, both labor and management endure to work together, including the prevention of the spread of the disease. Safety precautions were strictly observed.
