Two more establishments in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) opened their doors to the Labor Management Cooperation (LMC) Convergence of Programs or simply Convergence.

The FC Laranang Group of Companies (FCL) in Baguio City and Shekainah Educational Center of La Trinidad,  Benguet, Inc. (SECBI), simultaneously availed of the convergence plant-level orientation-seminar on June 27, 2016.

The LMC Convergence Team (LCT)  had to set the task with  vigour to be able to converge the 2 companies in separate venues.  As a result, the team weas able to push out the desired enhancement outputs, to improve the look and feel of the convergence program in their organizations.

Ms. Mary Porte, school principal of SECBI and Ms. Richelle Eslava, HR Manager of FCL relayed their appreciation to the convergence program. “We hope to maintain our harmonious relationship with our employees though LMC. We will submit our new LMC structure with the recommended committees within 2 weeks, “ Ms. Eslava assured the LCT.

Ms. Porte likewise requested Mr. Manuel Dominguez of RTWPB  to conduct another orientation on the ISTIV program on June 30, 2016.

The conduct of this learning session marks the sincerity of the government to deliver responsibly, speedily and soundly the services and programs of DOLE and NCMB to the companies needing assistance and intervention to enhance their working relations, quality work life, and productivity.
