In its desire to keep the workplace and personnel safe from the COVID-19 pandemic, the Regional Conciliation and Mediation Bard-CAR opted to adopt various means in the delivery of its frontline services.
Since the declaration of the community quarantine, three of the staff are automatically working from home due to age and health concerns. Given the state of quarantine the region is in, Director Lourdes P. Estioco asked the remaining staff to choose their schedule for the required two days work from home (WFH) and three days to physically report for work; one staff chose to WFH on Mondays and Tuesdays while two opted Mondays and Thursdays. Skeleton work force is limited to records and driving services.
The alternative working arrangement for the branch took effect on 6 July 2020 and will last until the 31st. New schedule shall be introduced once updates are available.
