The National Conciliation and Mediation Board-Cordillera Administrative Region partnered with the National Institute of Information Technology, Baguio Inc. for a two-day Information Technology (IT) training on October 11-12, 2018.

Modules on Office Productivity, Graphics Design and Desktop Publishing were thoroughly discussed and tried during the activity.  Though strenuous, the training gave the attendees an advantage as these applications are necessary in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities.

The subject on Graphics Design proved to be a hit among the participants as they doodled and experimented on the different effects provided by the software.  Also a crowd favorite is the power point.  Though everyone has a basic background, new ideas and “how tos” were readily accepted and attempted.

Director Brenda Rose C. Odsey expressed her gratitude to the institute saying that it was a great learning experience as all learned more about the different PC functions.  The school administrator, Mr. Vladimir Cayabas, pushed for a continuous collaboration in learning.

National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT) has been a partner in terms of Branch’s staff development. In reciprocity, NIIT is a regular recipient of the Branch’s interventions.
