The Cordillera Association of Labor Management Cooperation and Advocates of Voluntary Arbitration (CALMACAVAR), Inc., the regional partner of NCMB in the promotion of idustrial peace,  elected their new set of officers during the 2016 General Assembly cum Learning Session at FVR Hall 2, Baguio Country Club, Baguio City on April 21, 2016.

The association is now headed by Christian Albert A. Licyayo of Philex Mining Corporation, Michael B. Salvoza of the University of the Cordilleras as the Vice President for Management and Esteban S. Pomeg-as of Lepanto Mining Company as the Vice President for Labor.

Ma. Nadia Estaris of the Manor at Camp John Hay were also elected as Secretary, Benelita S. Linmipao of BENECO as Treasurer,Aby K. Weygan of BSBT as Auditor,  Gladys B. Desalit and Janet Pit-og of Pines City Colleges and MOPRECO, respectively as Business Managers, and Joel M. Galamay of Baguio County Club as Press Relations Officer. Eleven (11) Board of Directors were also elected.

The outgoing President, Ms. Lilibeth B. Mannong of Hedcor, Inc. turned over the key of responsibility to the new President and challenged him to continue the programs which the association has started. Mr. Licyayo accepted the challenge and requested the help and support of the organization and the NCMB. The  officers were inducted to their positions by RCMB-CAR Dir. Gil G. Caragayan on April 22, 2016.
