The National Conciliation and Mediation Board-Cordillera Administrative Region proudly announces the facilitation of five (5) companies for November 2020.
Three Key Employment Generators (KEGS) and two non-KEGSs industries recently set up their Labor Management Cooperation despite the challenges faced due to the pandemic. These companies heed to the call of the Board to put up a mechanism that would help in the promotion of workplace practices that is equally beneficial to both management and labor.
Diocese of Baguio and Easter Weaving Room, Inc. was initially visited by the Branch in February and August of 2017, respectively. Mangaywan Corporation, a realty company, was surveyed on October 2019.
Recent addition to the pool of companies that adopted workplace cooperation practices are Baguio Palace Hotel and AIP Construction. These establishments pledged to formalize their structure during the primary meeting on March 2020, as they have existing practices and working committees.
Over time, various industries have been called to and explored to see how their Workplace Cooperation Practices work to the advantage and benefit of all.
This achievement is a result of the collaborative effort between and among the branch personnel whose tireless dedication aim to promote industrial peace while attaining its objectives.
