Activities relating to Green Our DOLE Program (GODP), Efficiency and Integrity Development Plan (EIDP) and Gender and Development (GAD) gave a busy August to the personnel of the National Conciliation and Mediation Board-Cordillera Administrative Region.

Ms. Maggie B. Balagtey, Supervising LEO and the Branch’s GAD Focal Point, shared modules to Branch personnel consisting of the fundamental principles, basic audit requirements, general and specific guidelines, costing and allocation and the composition of GAD Funds Audit.

An update of the Branch’s 2017 Agency Procurement Compliance and Performance Indicator (APCPI) and other supply related subjects was made by Mr. Gabriel P. Bayao, the Branch’s Supply Officer Designate.  His talk was to promote transparency, strengthen accountability and show respect for the rule of law.

To complement the GODP and to encourage a clean, safe, healthy and conducive workplace, personnel conducted 5S in their respective workstations on August 10.

Also part of the program is a stipulation on health and wellness, thus the bowling on August 17 at the Puyat Sports, Centermall, Baguio City.

This undertaking served as diversion as personnel were confined only to the four walls of the office.  As they say, “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.”
