To meet their objective of promoting industrial peace through continuous education, the National Conciliation and Mediation Board-CAR and the Cordillera Association of Labor Management Cooperation and Advocates of Voluntary Arbitration (CALMACAVAR) designed another learning session for their members and prospective members. This came up during their joint meeting on August 3, 2018 at the RCMB-CAR Office.
The learning activity aims to strengthen the different organizations in terms of decision making, problem solving, employee involvement, LMC benchmarking and managing succession plans. Topics proposed were Employee Empowerment and Self Directed Work Teams, Succession Management, The Data Privacy Act, and LMC Benchmarking. Security of Tenure and the Two Tiered Wage System will be also included for discussion.
The officers pledged their full cooperation and participation to this activity. They voluntarily and willingly accepted their assigned tasks for the success of the occasion. The event will be held on October 18-19, 2018 at the BENECO Dumol Hall, South Drive, Baguio City.
