The LMC structure of Baguio Seventh Day Adventist School was established by RCMB-CAR on September 10, 2020, despite the strict implementation of social distancing by the local government unit of Baguio City.
Three (3) technical personnel, being senior citizens and immunocompromised and who were on a work from home arrangement, alternately conducted several consultations with the two principals through telephone, text messages and Facebook messenger. The conversations focused on the formation of the school’s LMC mechanism.
The call on September 2 convinced Ms. Esperanzate and Ms. Decay, elementary, high school principal, respectively, to the conduct of an online conference and basic orientation, which was scheduled on September 10. The meeting eventually resulted in the formation of the school’s LMC. The principals collaborated and decided to adopt four (4) sub-committees, which were Family Welfare, Safety and Health, Grievance and Productivity.
The Baguio Seventh Day Adventist School is a private school that provides elementary and secondary. It is governed by the Northern Philippine Union Conference and Mountain Provinces Mission of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
