Ten (10) Requests for Assistance (RFAs) handled by the Single Entry Assistance Desk Officers (SEADOs) of the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR),for the month of January 2017 were settled within the 30-day process cycle time. It took them an average of 10 days to resolve the cases.
The settlement of the SENA cases had benefitted 32 workers in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Four pesos & Ninety Three centavos.
Issues raised were non-payment of 13th month pay, salary, over time, separation pay, cash and firearm bond, and non-remittance of SSS, PHIC and PAG-IBIG contributions. Other claims like completion bonus, incentives, night shift differential and alleged illegal dismissal were also tackled during the conciliation-mediation conferences.
The commitment and dedication of the SEADOs greatly contributed to the early resolution of the RFAs. The twelve (12) SENA cases for the month of January were assigned to Maggie B. Balagtey, Alicia H. Bañares, Gabriel P. Bayao and Lyla Jane B. Tacio.
