RCMB-CAR organized the delivery of the DOLE Livelihood Emergency Employment Program (DILEEP) through the LMC convergence at the Epiphany Christian Academy on July 24, 2017.  This is to support the DOLE’s contribution to the   government agenda of inclusive growth through massive job generation and poverty reduction

“It is good that the government has this kind of program to augment the livelihood of our brethren. This will also boost their lives and morale.”,  the school principal said.  The intervention at the Academy was not only intended for the employees’ welfare but also the community. The speaker encouraged the participants to relay the information to their friends and relatives who were particularly displaced and affected by the economic and environmental losses and degradation.

DILEEP ensures to contribute to poverty reduction and reduce vulnerability to risks of the poor, vulnerable, and marginalized workers through the Livelihood or the Kabuhayan Program and Emergency Employment Program (EEP), or the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers or TUPAD.

Management thru the principal was encouraged to sign-up as an Accredited Co-Partner (ACP). The ACP shall serve as partner of the DOLE in the implementation of the Kabuhayan and Tupad packages.
