Regional Conciliation and Mediation Board-Cordillera Administrative Region announces an addition to its growing family. His inclusion came timely as the need for an additional personnel is of the essence.
Frederic B. Lid-ayan, a native of Malibcong, Abra, assumed his duties and responsibilities as an Administrative Aide III (Driver I) on 2 September 2020 after more than three months following the vacancy’s initial publication.
His four year driving stint at the Department of Agriculture-CAR and congressional office, and positive personality won the nods of the RSMPB members during the tedious selection process. His familiarity with the terrain and routes within the Region due to these experiences is of advantage.
Proficient and NC II qualified on automotive mechanic, his skill is definitely a plus in his job and position. Moreover, it will be beneficial to the Branch as there will be lesser visits to repair and maintenance shops.
Lid-ayan took over the item previously held by Mr. Pasing who opted for an early retirement in March to pursue other ventures.
